Assistant Store Manager: Lead Sales, Service & Growth

Levi Strauss & Co. in Birmingham is seeking a proactive Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales, KPIs and profitability. You will lead floor operations, coach the team, and ensure exceptional customer service while upholding our brand standards.

You will drive daily performance, monitor KPIs, manage stock and administration, and step in as acting Store Manager when required. The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends and a passion for the Levi’s brand.
