Head of Building Development: City Hospitality Projects

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Head of Building Development to lead the Building Development team within the City Division. You will oversee the annual capital programme, ensuring safety, budget adherence and high-quality delivery across the UK’s city centre projects. Travel across the wider UK will be required.

You will work with Operations, Property, Procurement and Finance to maximise value for guests and shareholders, building a high-performance, development-focused culture.
