Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of Workplace Pension Schemes
- Create and manage a detailed implementation plan
- Co-ordinate work streams across the business
- Ensure all deliverables are achieved on time
- Manage and track risks and issues
Requirements
- Financial services knowledge in workplace pensions
- Experience working with multiple external advisers and clients
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Proven success in managing and prioritising multiple complex projects concurrently
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
