Senior Implementation Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end implementation of Workplace Pension Schemes
• Create and manage a detailed implementation plan
• Co-ordinate work streams across the business
• Ensure all deliverables are achieved on time
• Manage and track risks and issues

Requirements

• Financial services knowledge in workplace pensions
• Experience working with multiple external advisers and clients
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
• Proven success in managing and prioritising multiple complex projects concurrently
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
