Responsibilities

• Inspire and guide retail teams to deliver brilliant customer experiences, drive performance, and keep operations running smoothly.
• Coach Store Managers and recruit new talent, roll out our retail strategy, and identify growth opportunities.
• Play a key role in shaping the future of card and gifting retail across the Manchester area.

• Commercially aware with a strategic, growth‑focused mindset

• Confident managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
