Freelance Site Manager – New Build Housing

Thorn Baker Construction is seeking a Site Manager for a short-term contract on a traditional new build housing project in Leicestershire. The role oversees day-to-day site management, with a focus on safety, quality and programme delivery.

You will manage subcontractors, coordinate resources and maintain site records, reporting to project managers. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required, plus a valid UK driving licence. On-site work expected Monday to Friday in East Midlands.
