Aviva is recruiting a Senior Business Analyst to drive the programme of change, shaping pre-inception work and assessing the impact of new initiatives. You will document business requirements with stakeholders and ensure customer needs are understood and addressed.
Location is York, Bristol or Norwich with around 50% office attendance. Starting salary around £70,000, plus a 10% bonus, a generous pension, and private medical cover. We offer flexible benefits and around 50% smart working.
