Jobtailor is seeking a Regulatory Compliance professional to lead the interpretation and application of open-ended investment fund regulations. You will guide on scheme documentation from a depositary perspective and coordinate regulatory reporting.
The role requires deep knowledge of UCITS structures (OEICs, AUTs, ACS, NURS, LTAF), strong risk awareness, and excellent collaboration with fund managers and governance bodies. Edinburgh-based, full-time, with industry engagement.
