Rail Service Planning & Delivery Lead

Arriva plc is seeking a Service Planning and Delivery Manager to collaborate with TOCs, understand transport needs, and create robust rail replacement plans. You will schedule taxi, bus, and coach services, produce briefs for stakeholders, and ensure compliance with UK rules while sourcing reliable operators.

You will liaise with internal and external customers, attend meetings, and analyze data to adapt to train schedule changes, driving efficient service delivery across the network.
