Senior Data Scientist

Overview

Work closely with cross-functional development teams to build, test and maximise the value of a suite of models ranging from LLMs to propensity, classification and regression models. Contribute to end-to-end development and deployment of ML and AI models. Work in a high-pace, agile environment that encourages autonomy and growth.

Responsibilities

• Research, advise, build, deploy and test models from day one.
• Bridge the data science and MLOps teams to promote understanding and deployment best practices.
• Hands-on ownership of large projects and everyday modelling tasks with large, event-based data sets.
• Contribute to shaping our AI strategy and leverage GenAI for real value where applicable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist / ML Engineer, working on classic ML and data science problems as well as Generative AI.
• Created multiple data science products.
• Proven aptitude with experimentation tools – MLflow / DBX for A/B testing.
• Proven deployment experience with realtime capabilities.
• Extensive experience with Databricks / AWS / GCP for deployment.
• Strong Python experience.
