Senior ML Lead for Personalised Recommendations

Marks & Spencer in London is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to head the Recommendations team within Customer Data Science. You will design, build, and deploy ML/AI solutions powering personalised product recommendations, outfit suggestions and AI Stylist conversations.

This hands-on IC role defines the technical strategy, guides a team of five data scientists, and collaborates with product, engineering, and design to deliver scalable, impactful customer experiences at scale.
