Montessori Room Leader — Inspire & Mentor Young Learners

Best-Start-Recruitment is seeking a Room Leader for the Pre-school Montessori room in Central Reading to oversee daily operations for 35–40 hours weekly over 4–5 days. The role focuses on delivering high standards of education and care in line with Montessori philosophy, EYFS, and statutory requirements.

You will lead and mentor staff, develop curriculum, ensure policies are followed, and maintain open communication with parents and management to support children reaching their full potential.
