- Work effectively under pressure, with minimal supervision, delivering high-quality work
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure smooth transaction processes
Candidate Requirements
- Strong legal background with experience in corporate law
- Knowledge of corporate restructuring, finance, and law (legal, commercial, corporate tax)
- Proven ability to handle complex transactions and high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills
- Ambitious, commercially minded, and proactive attitude
