Regional Safety, Health & Wellbeing Leader

SSE’s Regional SHW Manager role sits within the Transmission SHW Team. It is a highly technical position delivering proactive SHW and CDM guidance to internal customers across Scottish regions.

You will work with Lead Project Managers to align SHW/CDM strategies, conduct site audits, drive safety campaigns, and support incident reporting and system improvements while fostering a healthy, safe workplace.
