Learning & Talent Development Lead – Early Careers & Growth

Cunningham is seeking a Learning & Talent Development Lead to shape apprenticeships, graduate programmes and early careers across the business. You will design, deliver and evaluate learning strategies, build pathways with industry bodies, and report KPI progress to Directors.

You will lead a cross-functional team within the People function, ensure regulatory compliance, supplier management, and data-driven improvements while developing talent for future leadership at Cunningham.
