Retail & Affiliates Performance Lead

Premier Inn is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to own revenue-driving channels, including Premier Inn at Home and affiliate marketing, helping to grow product sales, customer acquisition, and hotel occupancy.

You will collaborate with creative, brand, and finance teams, test new ideas, optimise campaigns with data insights, and manage agency partnerships to deliver full-funnel marketing that connects with customers.
