NPI Manufacturing Engineer – Hands-on Process Innovator (6-Month Contract)

STR Group Limited in London is seeking an experienced NPI Manufacturing Engineer to drive the introduction of a new high-reliability product into production. This role focuses on hands-on process development, industrialisation and providing production support to ensure smooth transfer from design to manufacture.

You will lead process development, validate methods, address issues with root-cause analysis, and collaborate with Design, Quality and Production teams.
