Responsibilities

  • Leadership Presence: Lead by example and model behavior that reflects the company’s core values; manage conflict appropriately; act as the Transformational Leader of the Floor to motivate the team toward sales plans and personal goals; ensure high levels of customer service through product knowledge and ownership; partner with the GM and AGM to ensure effective store communications and productive team meetings.
  • Deliver the Customer Experience: Create an environment that delivers transformational customer experiences; provide consistent training and coaching to sales associates; own the customer journey in the boutique, customize it for the customer demographic, and maintain productive customer relationships; demonstrate strong selling skills and drive repeat business and proactive outreach.
  • Represent the Brand: Communicate the Tory Burch brand aesthetic and lifestyle to associates and customers; embody a strong sense of fashion and enthusiasm; maintain brand and operating standards to support consistency; assist in maintaining store presentation standards; leverage in-store technology to enhance the customer experience.
  • Operational Excellence: Perform store opening and closing procedures; process POS transactions, manage employee information, and handle inventory functions (transfers, receiving, shipments, repairs, damages) to maintain inventory integrity; adhere to policies and procedures with a focus on loss prevention and efficiency.
  • Drive the Business & Deliver Results: Achieve personal sales and metric goals; build and maintain client relationships; maintain a solid client book to generate proactive sales; manage people resources to maximize sales, traffic, and engagement; monitor the sales floor and adapt based on key indicators and lessons learned; engage in clienteling, outreach, and event opportunities.
