Chief Responsible Individual – Children’s Homes

MUVE Bright is seeking a Responsible Individual to oversee the management of Ofsted-registered children’s homes, ensuring governance, safeguarding and regulatory compliance across the service. You will link providers, managers and inspectors to drive outcomes and continuous improvement.

The role requires extensive senior leadership experience in children’s residential care, knowledge of the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, and a proven record of inspecting readiness and service improvement.
