Senior Workday Performance & Talent Consultant (Contract)

Next Ventures is seeking an experienced Senior Functional Consultant to lead the design, configuration and optimization of Workday Performance and Talent solutions for a nonprofit client in the Greater London area.

This contract role runs through September with a potential extension. You will partner with HR, Talent and Technology stakeholders, translate business requirements into effective Workday configurations, and guide the module build and testing efforts.
