Senior Data Consultant: Powering Contact Center Analytics

Jobtailor is seeking a data engineering and analytics specialist to design and optimise data models for contact centre use cases. You will manage databases across cloud platforms, write advanced SQL, and develop ETL/ELT pipelines to support KPI reporting and insights.

You will lead data health checks, work with stakeholders, and deliver analytics-ready datasets and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or Looker in a dynamic client environment.
