Lead Wellbeing & Lifestyle Coordinator
£15.20 per hour plus company benefits. 40 hours per week with some weekend work.
Netley Court is a purpose-built 65‑bedded residential care home in the heart of Netley Abbey, caring for dementia and residential residents.

Our Lead Wellbeing & Lifestyle Coordinator is a management and hands‑on role. Working alongside other wellbeing and lifestyle coordinators, you will manage and coordinate a successful activities and volunteer programme within the Cinnamon Home.
You will communicate about activities‑focused programmes for residents, network in the local community to recruit, train and place volunteers, and introduce activities that support independence and community integration.
Flexible working hours on a rota basis, covering some weekends. A full clean driving licence is ideal as you may need to drive the minibus for external excursions.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise and conduct activities encouraging social, mental, and where appropriate, physical stimulation for residents, in line with the Cinnamon Activities Programme.
- Network and develop links with local businesses, organisations and schools; build and maintain a volunteer base.
- Manage the activities team, including supervisions/appraisals and handling people issues, ensuring a robust rota.
- Plan special events such as Christmas entertainment, Ascot, Royal occasions, etc.
- Create a monthly programme of events discussed with the General Manager using the Cinnamon Activities Calendar Template.
- Maintain the Cinnamon website, Facebook and other channels to promote activities to the community and prospective residents and families.
- Keep within the home’s activities budget.
- Assess residents’ social needs on move‑in and develop a personal activities programme to meet their individual needs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Current experience in managing a team.
- Level 3 (QCF) Supporting Activities Provision.
- NAPA Qualifications & Training Areas desirable.
- Knowledge of organising activities that enhance residents’ lives.
- IT literacy – competent with the use of systems.
