Pilot Agreements & Flight Ops Transformation Lead

British Airways is seeking a Manager Flying Agreements in Flight Operations. You will be the SME for pilot industrial agreements, lead transformation initiatives, support over 4,800 pilots and balance operational performance, cost and fairness.

This is an office-based role with four days in our Head Office – Waterside as standard. You will manage Bidline Rules, MOA and related documentation, collaborating with BALPA and Strategy & Delivery to optimise industrial rules and flight crew performance
