Junior Pre-Construction Manager – Healthcare Fit-Outs

Streamline Search Ltd is seeking a skilled estimator/quantity surveyor for a full-time role in Halifax. You will prepare cost estimates, manage contracts, and coordinate across teams to deliver high-quality commercial construction projects. The role requires strong technical drawing interpretation and nationwide travel.

Salary range £35,000–£50,000, 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday, plus 28 days holiday and company pension. A company vehicle is provided plus expenses coverage.
