Overview
Coordinate the collection, organisation and delivery of information and data for regulatory inbound requests and inquiries, as notified by Legal or third-party authorities.
Support the Senior Manager, Regulatory Compliance in the execution of regulatory compliance work, maintaining clear records and progress tracking for cyclical and ad hoc activities.
Manage inbound process-based (IPBP) responses, including: Legal Process – responding to court orders, subpoenas and search warrants.
Privacy Operations – retrieving and redacting data for data subject access requests (DSARs).
Financial Restraints – managing responses to liens, levies and UCC filings.
IPBP response – including IP Operations, Anti-Counterfeiting, Legal Process (court orders, subpoenas, search warrants), Privacy Operations (data subject access requests data retrieval and redaction), financial restraints (liens, levies, UCC filings), and Attorneys’ General/Trading Standards complaint responses.
Attorneys General / Trading Standards Complaints – coordinating information and responses to official inquiries or complaints.
Support external reporting and communications to law enforcement and regulatory bodies as required.
Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails of all requests, responses and outcomes.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and standardisation to increase efficiency and accuracy of compliance operations.
Collaborate closely with Product, Policy, Customer Experience, Engineering, and Legal teams to support timely and compliant responses.
Requirements
- Essential Experience in legal operations, compliance operations, trust and safety, or a related operational role within a technology, e-commerce, or online platform environment.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent workflows with precision and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive or confidential information appropriately.
- Experience coordinating data collection, review and response for legal or regulatory requests.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
- High level of diligence, proactivity, reliability and accountability.
- Strong proficiency with data management tools and collaborative work platforms.
- Desirable Familiarity with IP enforcement, data privacy, and content moderation processes.
- Understanding of the EU Digital Services Act, UK Online Safety Act or similar regulatory frameworks.
- Experience liaising with law enforcement or regulatory bodies.
- Previous experience supporting trust, safety, or compliance functions within a digital platform environment.
