  • Work with ATE platforms such as Teradyne and Advantest.
  • Support test hardware including probe cards, load boards, and sockets.
  • Coordinate equipment qualification, calibration, and change management activities.
  • Interface with design, DFT, process, and reliability teams to optimise testing and manufacturing performance.
  • Prepare test documentation, technical reports, and transition packages.
  • Support customer audits and quality reviews when required.

Your Profile

  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor devices and fabrication processes.
  • Experience with Design for Test (DFT) concepts, including Scan, JTAG, and Built‑In Self‑Test (BIST).
  • Hands‑on experience with at least one ATE platform, including Teradyne (UltraFLEX, J750) or Advantest (V93K, T2000).
  • Experience using Python, JMP, Excel, SQL, or similar tools for test and yield data analysis.
  • Understanding of yield analysis, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and test coverage metrics.
  • Experience supporting wafer sort and final test operations within semiconductor manufacturing environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within cross‑functional and cross‑site teams.
