Tokio Marine HCC is building a market-leading, AI-enabled specialty insurer. We seek a Business AI Lead who will design and run experiments that test AI tools for underwriting, claims and operations, turning ideas into working capabilities.

The role is hands-on, involves rapid prototyping with AI platforms, and requires collaboration with underwriters and operational teams to validate value and manage risks. Hybrid work with onsite and home days.
