Lead 0-5 SEND & Inclusion Team – Hybrid Work

Durham County Council is seeking an experienced professional to lead the Best Start Inclusion Team, delivering high-quality SEND support for children aged 0-5 and families across County Durham. You will manage Inclusion Practitioners and ensure consistent, high-quality support across hubs, outreach venues and family homes.

You will collaborate with health, education and family services, promote inclusive practice, and monitor outcomes against key priorities.
