Security Officer — Licensed & Growth‑Oriented (Flexible Benefits)

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services in North Shields is seeking a security officer to protect the customer’s property and people on-site. You will deliver services in accordance with Assignment Instructions, maintain compliance, and strive to exceed KPIs and SLAs.

The role requires a frontline SIA licence (including CCTV PSS SIA licence) and may require transport to assigned sites. Ongoing training and licensure renewal are part of the development plan.
