Quality Assurance Officer – Children’s Social Care Transformation

Cambridgeshire County Council is seeking three experienced children’s social care practitioners to join the Quality Assurance Service on a fixed-term basis or secondment until March 2028 as Quality Assurance Officers. The post supports the national Families First Programme and improvement of children’s services across Cambridgeshire.

You will evaluate pilot programmes, gather evidence, and help shape new service structures to deliver lasting improvements for children and families.
