Engagement & Learning Lead: Social Care Innovation

The Poverty Alliance in Scotland is seeking an Engagement and Learning Officer to join the Living Wage Scotland team. You will work on the Pathways to Progress project, focused on improving job quality in Social Care by collaborating with social care employers and their staff.

The successful candidate will bring strong stakeholder relationship skills, confident communication, and facilitation abilities to drive social justice goals and employer engagement in actions that tackle poverty.
