Waste Services Team Leader – Frontline Operations

Coventry City Council is recruiting Supervising Team Leaders for the Waste Services Team. You will lead frontline staff, manage vehicles and resources, and ensure safe, efficient waste collection and disposal city-wide.

The role involves rota duties, occasional Saturdays and potential progression to HGV within 12 months. The position is based at Whitley Depot with flexibility to work from other locations across Coventry, and requires a full UK driving licence.
