You will be a highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, and independent leader who can work under time constraints to meet deadlines. You will lead by doing, bring a passion for solving problems at massive scale, and collaborate effectively within a large organization. You have experience working directly with software engineers to deliver customer-facing technology products and a strong understanding of digital B2C products and data platforms, including customer behavioral patterns, app development frameworks, screen size optimizations, OS-specific features, and app performance. You weigh technology trade-offs, present your point of view to influence stakeholders and senior leadership, and take end-to-end ownership to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead by example as Principal Product Manager- Tech for the Prime Video App Experience team, building PV experiences across living room, web, and mobile, across geographies.
- Oversee cross-client initiatives such as telemetry excellence and customer retention.
- Develop strategy and vision; create and execute a product roadmap to realize that vision.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, content acquisition, and executive teams to bring products to market.
- Identify and grow product opportunities and enhance the customer experience.
About the team
Prime Video Global App Experience team builds the Prime Video apps on web, mobile, and living room devices, delivering a simple, intuitive, fast, and personal streaming experience using the latest technology.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience in technical product management, program management, or engineering
- Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
- MBA or Master’s degree
