Mears Group in Thurrock is hiring a Helpdesk Team Leader to oversee multiple helpdesk contracts and drive service delivery across clients, team members and subcontractors.

You will manage emails, KPI reporting, CAFM systems and IT platform usage, ensure SLA targets are met, coordinate resources and subcontractors, and drive continuous improvement in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. The role is full time, 42.5 hours a week, with an annual salary up to £33,000.
