After-School Program Leader — Assistant Director

YMCA Boston is seeking an Assistant Director to support daily After School Operations at our Brighton site. Under the direction of the Site Director, you will assist in program preparations before school dismissal and lead activities that blend learning and play.

You will foster positive relationships with children and families, model the Y’s values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility, and help ensure a safe, engaging environment for every child.
