Residence Manager — Lead Student Housing & Growth

Yugo in Kingston-upon-Thames is seeking an experienced Residence Manager to lead a 117-bed student space and uphold exceptional service standards. Based in the UK, you’ll oversee daily operations, budget and P&L, and drive occupancy through short- and long-term lets.

You’ll manage a team, build partnerships with local universities, and ensure safety, compliance and high-quality presentation across the site, while delivering outstanding student experiences.
