Racquets Manager

Overview

£18.95 per hour. David Lloyd Leisure is a leading premium health and wellness group with a network of clubs across the UK and Europe. We are seeking a passionate Racquets Manager to lead the racquets programme across the Club, managing a team of coaches including Padel, Tennis and Pickleball professionals to deliver an exceptional member experience every day.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of racquets coaches (Padel, Tennis, Pickleball) and oversee the delivery of the racquets programme across the Club.
• Ensure members receive an exceptional experience and high-quality coaching across all sessions and facilities.
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment where team members can thrive physically and mentally.

Qualifications

• Level 3 LTA or above or an equivalent national governing body qualification.
• A passion for health and fitness, with a focus on helping others achieve their goals.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A self-starter who takes pride in delivering high-quality experiences for members.
