External Engagement & STEM Partnerships Lead

Cavendish Nuclear is seeking an External Engagement Advisor to help shape the future talent pipeline across UK schools, colleges and universities. The role offers flexible, hybrid working with around two days in the office and travel to Cavendish Nuclear locations about monthly.

You will lead STEM outreach, build strong relationships with educational partners and coordinate engagement events, reporting outcomes to drive continuous improvement and share best practice.
