Roofing Site Manager — Social Housing & Planned Works

Apex Search and Selection Limited is assisting a leading Social Housing contractor in recruiting an experienced Roofing Site Manager for planned roofing works and re-roofing projects. The role is purely site-based, with a focus on safety at height and daily roof inspections.

You will lead a team of subcontractors, manage quality, drive profitability, and ensure client and tenant satisfaction across long-term contracts with Local Authorities and Housing Associations.
