Senior Commercial Project Manager – Heavy Civil (Hybrid)

NRL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial assurance for Sizewell C pre-construction stages in Suffolk. The role is hybrid with substantial responsibilities across TOC reviews, risk assessment and governance compliance.

You will challenge estimates, support procurement strategy and drive value for money across major packages. Requirements include significant heavy civils experience, pre-construction expertise, NEC/PAA contracting familiarity and ideally MRICS accreditation.
