VIE – BCP & Security Project Officer

Overview

The VIE assignment will support 4 key topics of improvement on the SNA Burnley site while providing operational support to the local teams on security and business continuity topics, and maintaining close coordination with stakeholders in France.

Responsibilities

1. Business Continuity Plans (BCP) – Implement project to define BCPs on site and develop maturity level in risk identification in security topics. Support deployment of site wide BCPs to improve responsiveness to issues affecting business continuity including business wide reflex sheets, and security processes
2. Improve the level of preparedness for potential crisis by developing SOPs and manuals to direct response activities
   1. facilitating training exercises
   2. Implementing awareness campaigns to improve site familiarity with security and risk topics

Qualifications

• English proficiency (C1 – TOEFL + Cambridge)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Risk analysis and BCP awareness
