Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring that all project activities are properly defined, monitored, and controlled.
- Work closely with project teams to identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
- Communicate project progress and status updates to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities and update project plans as required.
- Participate in project reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures.
Requirements
- An understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Sound knowledge of all engineering and commercial aspects of major civil and infrastructure projects
- Experience with CPM networks, resource and cost loading and risk management techniques
- Ability effectively monitor and analyse progress, identify trends and recommend corrective actions
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
