Delivery Lead — Circular Operations & Installations

NORNORM is hiring a Delivery Manager – Circular Operations to own office furniture installations from planning to execution. You will lead on-site delivery, coordinate with partners, and drive the circular operating model in practice. This role blends project management, operations, and hands-on leadership to ensure on-time delivery within scope and quality.

You will work with internal teams and external partners, negotiate costs vs. service quality, and track KPIs to improve processes.
