Global Training Delivery Lead – Operations & Scale

RICS is seeking a Training Delivery Manager to lead a global operations team responsible for the end-to-end delivery of training products and programmes across multiple markets. This role focuses on operational excellence, scale, and delivering exceptional customer experiences without creating training content.

Responsibilities include managing digital and face-to-face training delivery, LMS/CRM systems, and cross-functional partnerships to support public, bespoke and B2B programmes.
