Job Description

Netcompany is looking for a Graduate Full Stack Developer to join us on a permanent basis to drive forward our delivery capability and deliver optimum solutions to our clients. Based in Leeds, you will be joining a forward‑thinking organisation that puts your personal development first. You will work on some of the largest, most complex and technically innovative programmes and projects for prestigious organisations around the world. From day one you will be trusted with responsibility and supported by a project manager and a collaborative team.

Key Skills / Experience

  • A graduate of Computer Science BSc or a similar discipline
  • Experience with both back‑ and front‑end programming languages such as .Net, C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL among others
  • A self‑starter who is open to learning new programming languages and tools quickly
  • The ability to effectively estimate work and produce deliverables on time
  • Knowledge of specific technologies and methods within modern system development
  • Ability to plan and organise one’s own work, report tasks, issues and progress accurately
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and to use own initiative
  • Ability to identify areas for personal development
  • An understanding of agile tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be willing to travel within the UK for projects
  • Must have the right to work in the UK

Qualifications

  • A graduate of Computer Science BSc or a similar discipline
  • Degree 2:1 and above
