Project Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage delivery of SPPA transformational projects or annual event activity.
• Foster a culture of experimentation and resilience in services supplied by a pension administration system provider.
• Manage change control procedures to ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed budgets.
• Own delivery assurance activities, RAID management, MI reporting and audit readiness.
• Manage pace, prioritisation, dependencies, exceptions and rework cycles.
• Form, motivate and empower teams; develop technical and non-technical capability.
• Apply Agile, Lean and hybrid approaches pragmatically.

Requirements

• Recognised project management qualification.
• Demonstrable experience of leading and delivering complex, time-critical transformation or legislative change projects.
• Technical / Professional Skills:
  • Communicating between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintaining delivery momentum.
  • Planning.
• Must have an existing and ongoing right to work in the UK.
