Responsibilities
- Plan and manage delivery of SPPA transformational projects or annual event activity.
- Foster a culture of experimentation and resilience in services supplied by a pension administration system provider.
- Manage change control procedures to ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed budgets.
- Own delivery assurance activities, RAID management, MI reporting and audit readiness.
- Manage pace, prioritisation, dependencies, exceptions and rework cycles.
- Form, motivate and empower teams; develop technical and non-technical capability.
- Apply Agile, Lean and hybrid approaches pragmatically.
Requirements
- Recognised project management qualification.
- Demonstrable experience of leading and delivering complex, time-critical transformation or legislative change projects.
- Technical / Professional Skills:
- Communicating between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintaining delivery momentum.
- Planning.
- Must have an existing and ongoing right to work in the UK.
