Member Operations Systems & Automation Lead

Blue Light Card Ltd is hiring a Systems & Tooling Manager to own the strategy for tools, platforms and automation powering Member Operations. You will shape how systems and tooling support member interactions, working with Product, Engineering and Data to build robust foundations.

You will join at ground level, leading hands-on ownership while planning for future growth of the tooling function. Hybrid work is supported with some office presence required.
