Barclays Bank Plc is seeking an ITSM Platform Engineer in London to design, configure and continuously improve the ITSM platform enabling risk-based change in a CI/CD-driven environment.
The role involves hands-on work building workflows, automation, integrations, data models and control evidence to make change safe, observable and auditable for engineering teams. You will own ITSM change enablement within Jira Service Management and integrate with monitoring, CI/CD and observability platforms.
