Lead Service Manager, Supported Housing

Squared is seeking a Service Manager to oversee secure, safe, and supported accommodation across our properties in Luton. You will lead the Hostel Services Team Leaders and Support Coaches, ensuring high-quality service delivery and strong safeguarding practices.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets and performance indicators, and liaise with local authorities and partner agencies. A proactive leader with excellent communication and empathy is essential for success.
