Public Sector Data Governance Manager (FTC) – 3 Days in Office

Som3 is seeking a Data Governance Manager for a public sector workstream with a three-day-in-office requirement across Central Birmingham, Manchester, Sheffield or Newcastle. The role is a fixed-term contract to March 2027 and focuses on embedding data ownership and stewardship while driving governance across the data lifecycle.

You will develop data ethics policies, deliver training, and connect enterprise governance with local implementation to support organisational change.
