QA Validation Project Lead

RBW Consulting is partnering with a UK client to recruit a Validation Manager within the QA team. The role combines validation leadership with QA focus, spanning facilities, expansions, and new product introductions.

You will manage three direct reports and work across operations to drive compliant validation activities. The ideal candidate has proven QA/Validation leadership experience in GMP pharma, with exposure to sterile/aseptic dosage forms and a broad cross-functional scope.
